Built to Order Notice
At Gooseneck Stands, we offer hundreds of products that are built to order, specially crafted for every single customer to their needs. All Built-to-Order (BTO) items (meaning any product that is not currently in stock and is created specifically for you) are non-cancelable and non-returnable. As soon as we receive your BTO order, it goes straight into production, and the process cannot be paused, altered, or refunded. This includes any items with custom dimensions, finishes, or other personalized details. Because these products are made just for you, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns once the order is placed.
What “Built-to-Order” Means
When we say “Built-to-Order,” we mean that your item doesn’t exist on a shelf, waiting to be shipped. It will be built or customized specifically for your needs once your order is confirmed. This approach allows us to offer unique configurations, special finishes, and tailored features to match your exact requirements. While that means you get something made with care and attention, it also means we can’t resell the item if it’s returned. For this reason, please double-check your selections, measurements, and specifications before placing your order. We’re happy to answer any questions you have to ensure you’re confident in your choice.
