The 72-DSP-3-04-04 is an extremely strong, dual height, low profile pad mount pedestal designed for heavy duty applications involving buses, dump trucks, cement trucks, semi trucks and other large transportation vehicles. It is most often installed for automated gate entry and exit, parking lot and perimeter access applications, however it is also capable of mounting cameras, card readers, intercoms, keypads, enrty systems, biometric readers, housings and other access control devices. It includes two 4.75" x 4.75" face plates with universal hole patterns, a heavy duty 8" x 8" base plate with a sliding cover plate to hide the mounting bolts that are used for securing the base. Its 3" x 3" x 0.120" wall tube is designed for withstanding typical abuse associated with heavy duty applications and has even been tested to endure Category 5 hurricane force winds of up to 157 mph. Finished in a black wrinkle polyester powder coating, this stand will never chip, peel or crack.
